Installment system and Discount Card
Rules and Regulations of a Discount Card:
1. Discount Card is given to a person who obtained 20 points awarded proportionally to the value of the dental service rendered at our Centre.
2. Discount Card entitles the Patient to 5% discount on all kinds of dental treatment (with the exception of orthodontic treatment),
3. The owner of the Discount Card is entitled to the discount.
4. Discount Card entitles also to check-ups and consultations made free of charge.
5. Discount Card becomes invalid after one year of awarding it to the Patient.
Installment System
We offer installment system of payment for the services we render owing to partner co-operation with the bank in Konin. We conclude agreements concerning the medical care of the employees with the companies. The contents and range of the agreement is adjusted individually to the needs and requirements of the Client.
